Marine Street Telephone Exchange, Neilson and Barnard Way . Built in 1926 for the Associated Telephone Company, which later became part of the General Telephone company, it was the only building in the Ocean Park Redevelopment Project not moved or demolished. It has been redecorated but the individualistic facade was preserved.
