Michael Folonis was present to discuss the project.
Vice-Chair Zeballos clarified the refuse enclosure is the height from the lower inside enclosure up to the top of the block of 6 feet. Vice-Chair Zeballos clarified that the obscure glass is on the south elevation.
Approve the item with the following conditions:
1. The first sentence in condition #3 will be stricken referring to new walls within 10 feet of the Raymond Avenue property line shall not exceed 36 inches in height.
2. The wall height surrounding the refuse enclosure shall not exceed 6 feet in height.
