A. Request regarding demolition of garage unit at 254 Bicknell.
Staff Attorney Joel Levy presented a summary of the staff report including a summary of the Board’s consultant’s report. Following a discussion, Commissioner Willis, seconded by Commissioner Mueller, moved to grant a Category “C” removal permit for the garage unit finding the unit currently uninhabitable and further finding it economically infeasible to repair or rebuild the unit. The motion passed in a 4-0-1 roll call vote. Commissioner Goode abstained.
