The following additions are proposed: A block fence with river rock pilasters, a 350 square foot deck at the rear of the house, two small additions totaling 66 square feet on the north side of the house, a 52 square foot deck and 184 square foot addition on the second floor, and a wood-framed exterior staircase along the side elevation.
