6/12/2008 Multiple variances to allow a substantially remodeled single family residence to:
- Encroach 8’-2” into the required 15’ front yard setback (north side) on the first floor;
- To allow an expanded existing front porch less than 3’ above theoretical grade to encroach 8’-2´into the required 15’ front yard setback;
- To allow a proposed deck less than 3’ above theoretical grade to encroach 8’-2” into the required 15’ front yard setback and to extend to the east street side property line where a 4’ setback is required;
- To allow a proposed one story, 1-car garage to abut the rear property line where a minimum 5’-0” rear yard setback is required; and
- To allow one parking space in a garage in lieu of the two parking spaces in a garage required by the substantial remodel.
